Every price is published. A 5 stage alkaline reverse osmosis system is $1,280 installed, the 7 stage hydrogen rich system is $1,590, the smart 5 stage is $2,290, and the whole house system at the mains starts at $3,850. Each price includes supply and installation by a licensed plumber, quoted in writing before we start. Prices as at 1 July 2026.

Yes. Anything connected to the mains plumbing has to be installed by a licensed plumber. Jean-Paul Barbar holds NSW plumbing licence 461511C and does the installs himself.

The sealed system, meaning the housings, the manifold and the smart components, is covered for life, with every hour of the plumbing labour included, for as long as you stay serviced with us. If the sealed system ever fails, a replacement costs you nothing. That does not change in year three and it does not change in year thirty.

One service a year, and it is what keeps the lifetime cover alive. The whole house system is $770 a year. Under sink systems are $600 for the Pure Plus, $650 for the Pure Premium and $680 for the Pure Luxe, because they hold different cartridges. Every one of those is published the same way as the install prices. No contract and no lock in. Prices as at 1 July 2026.

Yes, and they are two separate certifications. WaterMark is the Australian plumbing certification and every system we install carries it. NSF is the international certification for water quality and safety performance, and our systems carry that as well.

They do different jobs. One system at the mains filters every tap, shower, bath and appliance in the house. A reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink handles drinking water on its own dedicated tap. Plenty of Sydney homes run both, and that is the setup we quote most often.

Sydney tap water is treated to meet the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines, so it is safe to drink when it leaves the plant. What reaches your tap can still carry a chlorine taste, sediment picked up from older pipes, and in some suburbs PFAS. A filter deals with what is left after the treatment plant has done its job, which is why the water tastes different out of a filtered tap.

Most people mean the same thing by both words. In the trade a water filter strains contaminants out through a cartridge, and a water purifier usually means reverse osmosis, which pushes the water through a membrane fine enough to take out dissolved solids as well. Every system we install does one or the other, and the reverse osmosis systems do both.
