This Shipping Policy applies to replacement filter cartridges and related products purchased through Filters For You.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship replacement filters Australia wide.

Installation services remain limited to a 250kilometre radius of Sydney.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Processing times may vary during peak periods or if stock is temporarily unavailable.

If there is a delay beyond normal processing time, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier.

As a general guide:

• Sydney Metro: 2 to 5 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised and may be subject to minimum order values.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The packaging
• The damaged item

If an order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.

Filters For You is not responsible for delays caused by third party shipping providers.

7. Stock Availability

In rare cases where an item is out of stock after purchase, we will:

• Offer a replacement product
• Provide an updated delivery timeframe
• Or issue a refund
