This reverse osmosis membrane is the core of any high performance RO system, responsible for removing dissolved contaminants that carbon filtration alone cannot address.

It is capable of producing up to approximately 190 litres per day when operated under correct conditions. When paired with the appropriate flow restrictor and inlet pressure, the membrane operates at an efficient permeate to waste ratio while maintaining strong contaminant rejection.

The membrane filters water down to an ultra fine level of approximately 0.0001 micron, allowing it to significantly reduce total dissolved solids and a wide range of common municipal water contaminants including heavy metals, fluoride, salts, and minerals.

This membrane is tested and certified to NSF ANSI 58, confirming its performance and safety for reverse osmosis drinking water applications.

It delivers high rejection rates across a broad range of contaminants, including aluminum, arsenic, lead, fluoride, chlorine, nitrates, pesticides, herbicides, volatile organic compounds, heavy metals, and total dissolved solids. Typical reduction rates range from 90 to over 98 percent, depending on the contaminant.

Reverse osmosis membranes rely on pre filtration to maintain performance and lifespan. Carbon and sediment pre filters are essential, as sediment can physically damage the membrane structure and chlorine can chemically degrade the membrane material over time.

The membrane is designed for use in residential under sink, portable, brewing, aquarium, and laundry mounted reverse osmosis systems where consistent low TDS water is required.
