This cartridge is the final conditioning stage in a five stage quick change reverse osmosis system, designed to improve taste while gently raising the pH of purified water.

It uses Japanese grade granular activated coconut carbon to polish the water and ensure a clean, refined taste. After carbon filtration, the water passes through calcite calcium media which raises and buffers the final pH to approximately 7 to 8 without causing hardness.

The calcium alkalising media provides a controlled pH adjustment suited to reverse osmosis water. Upon installation, a new cartridge may initially register a pH slightly higher than 8, however this will stabilise quickly during normal use.

The quick change design allows the cartridge to be installed or removed with a simple half twist. It locks securely into place without force or additional tools.

Replacement is recommended every twelve months to maintain consistent pH buffering and taste performance.
