The reverse osmosis membrane is responsible for removing ultra fine micro particles, dissolved mineral salts, and metal ions, filtering down to approximately 0.0001 micron. It is the stage that delivers the highest level of chemical and dissolved contaminant reduction within the system.

All preceding filters are designed primarily to protect this membrane from sediment and chlorine damage, ensuring long term performance and maintaining rejection efficiency.

This membrane is capable of producing up to 190 litres of purified water per day under suitable operating conditions.

The quick change design allows for simple replacement with a half twist mechanism. The cartridge locks securely into place without force or additional tools.

Replacement is typically required every three to five years, depending on water quality and pre filter maintenance.
